    Your Journey Awaits: Key Responsibilities

    • Travel Across 47 States: Experience the open road, with the exception of California and minimal travel to the Northwest during winter.
    • Flexible Work Schedule: Work based on customer needs—no dedicated routes yet, but we're building opportunities with our logistics sister company
    • Easy Freight Handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no-touch freight.
    • Drive Modern Equipment: Operate 2020 or newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained.
    • Compensation for Delays: Earn $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Fair Pay Structure: Benefit from deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair compensation.
    • Breakdown Support: Receive $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Flexible Dispatch: Our dispatch is organized and communicative, accommodating your home time and schedule needs.

    What You Bring: Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience.
    • Age: Must be 25 years or older (under 75 for insurance purposes).
    • Driving Record: Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
    • Safety First: No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
