Job Summary

The Staff Development Coordinator administers and coordinates staff orientation and continuing education for nursing employees. They provide ongoing feedback on the performance and competency of Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and implement a structured orientation program for new nursing employees.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and mentoring programs for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
