Job summary
A Food Service Supervisor II is responsible for coordinating and supervising the entire facilities' kitchen operation including food receiving, storage, production,service and distribution of food in a timely manner. The position involves ensuring production and serving of meals are in accordance with prescribed procedures
and health regulations.
The supervisor coordinates staff engaged in food preparation and serving,distributes workload among staff,and participates in food preparation.
This role requires an essential employee to remain at work or report to work during emergency conditions.
