    Responsible for end to end factory logistics operations at the Lipton Suffolk, VA manufacturing site. Directly manage hourly employees across 24/7 operation.

    In addition, accountable to deliver Logistics safety, quality, cost savings, business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects and sustainability improvements at the Suffolk manufacturing site.

    Implement process improvement and transformation projects to reduce cost and improve efficiency of internal logistics

    Develop and execute the factory logistics strategy

    Manage site factory logistics budget

    Manage relationships, spend, and integrated logistics operations between the manufacturing site and 3rd Party Outside Storage, Transportation Carriers, 3rd Party Network Distribution Centers

    Owner of site Powered Industrial Vehicle fleet and safe driving program

    Execution of standardized logistics systems, processes, KPIs, and ways of working

    Customer service improvement through warehouse and transportation loss reduction using CI tools and methodology

    Drive sustainability initiatives through factory warehouse improvements, transportation efficiencies, and external collaboration activities

    Support internal and external operational benchmarking activities

    **Skills and Experience:**

    Bachelors Degree Required

    3+ years of work experience with a clear competence in Manufacturing Logistics and Supply Chain Management

    Understanding of inventory control, warehousing and transportation operations, manufacturing operations, product deployment
