Job DescriptionDescription:Our Telecommunications Company is a full-service communications general contractor with a steadfast commitment to doing what's right for the project and our customers. We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Coordinator to work in our Bloomington, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Setup and maintain customer files
· Respond to customer inquiries
· Communicate with sub crews and provide information and updates
· Create pricing information sheet
· Receive and process billing and invoicing from sub-contractors
· Maintain production tracking, reporting to appropriate contact
· Prepare monthly invoices
· Create reports as requested
This is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and a matching 401K plan.
Requirements:Required Skills:
· Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
· Excellent verbal and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently on assigned duties
· Strong team and collaborative skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
