The Role
Join Veeva as we modernize clinical trials. Veeva Solutions drives innovation for our customers. In this role, you will lead a professional services team. The team focuses on customer success from implementation and beyond. As a practice leader, you manage a team that excels in software implementation.

What You'll Do
Lead a Professional Services team that delivers
Veeva Vault Clinical Operations solutions
Build and lead a team responsible for hiring, performance management, and mentoring
Provide executive oversight and project sponsorship
Develop trusted executive relationships with customers
Build an internal network across Veeva – Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services - to champion customer and employee success
Requirements
6+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
2+ years in people management
Has grown and led a professional services team
Operational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation
Base pay:
$90,000 - $200,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
