    Cyclonaire is currently looking for an Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our team.
    An Electrical Mechanical Assembler assembles, installs, tests, and calibrates pneumatic conveying systems using both electrical and mechanical disciplines. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler follows blueprints, bill of materials, schematics, and instrumentation diagrams. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler selects, measures, and prepares electrical wiring, connecting wiring and labels to panels and machines. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler will perform instrument startup, calibration, functional, and safety testing.

    The Electrical Mechanical Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or finished machines/equipment according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.

    The Electrical Mechanical Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances and product specifications.

    The Electrical Mechanical Technician will perform simple repairs, provide daily preventative maintenance on equipment, perform routine inspections of the tools and equipment, and train others on how to care for the machines.

    Assemble Cyclonaire equipment according to drawings using a variety of tools and skills
    Maintain high levels of quality by understanding and following Cyclonaire procedures
    Troubleshoot issues with the drawings or equipment
    Daily equipment and area housekeeping (5S)
    Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license through the company's training and certification program. Requires frequent touching, grasping, and feeling of physical equipment. Work requires constant visual ability. May be required to work outdoors as business needs dictate.

    Travel Requirements:

    Safety: Safety shoes (steel or composite toe), safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in designated areas.

    Safe work performance is always required from each employee. Required to wear or use PPE as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions Hourly Wage
