    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the entire procurement process for Production Equipment, including plastic part production, machining, assembly equipment, and automation, from defining requirements to executing RFPs, assessing supplier options, analyzing results, onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts, executing POs, and monitoring supplier performance.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Operations department and lead the sourcing team for all Production Equipmentrelated requests.
    • Present sourcing outcomes and decisions to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
    • Analyze the market for assigned commodities, monitor price indexes, forecast supplier market trends, and mitigate supply chain risks.
    • Identify and develop reliable suppliers through bid preparation and proposal analysis.
    • Lead contract negotiations and management for assigned commodities, focusing on key commercial terms and conditions.
    • Lead crossfunctional sourcing teams for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, overseeing the process from definition to supplier selection.
    • Advocate for Purchasing policies and procedures within the organization, guiding internal stakeholders and suppliers.
    • Contribute to technical reviews with suppliers and propose innovative solutions to complex supply issues.
    • Proactively seek costsaving opportunities and meet company targets.
    • Act as the liaison between the company and suppliers to resolve performance issues effectively.
    • Conduct site visits to negotiate prices, assess operations, and evaluate supplier quality.
    • Maintain records and documentation related to procurement activities, order specifications, and supplier performance.
    • Conduct ongoing supplier market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance the supply chain.
    • Collaborate with the Global Purchasing Organization to share market data and establish optimal supply chain management strategies.
    • Stay updated with relevant training and industry events to maintain technical and professional skills.
    • Drive continuous process improvements and efficiencies in the purchasing role and related commodities.

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement, Business, or relevant field preferred.
    • 4+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
    • Proficiency in commercial terms, contract structuring, and negotiation.
    • Strong proactive, selfmotivated work ethic.
    • Ability to analyze data and make strategic sourcing recommendations.
    • Experience working in an international industry and global purchasing network.
    • Advanced leadership, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP and Ariba preferred.
