    Position Summary:


    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and support our SaaS solution offering in the healthcare payer industry.

    The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data and analytics and will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and market share.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the healthcare payer solution(s), working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, account executives and demand generation/digital marketing.

    Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging, and positioning that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare payer industry.
    Develop and execute product launch plans, including messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
    Deep experience with data and analytics, including the ability to analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Create compelling and original content to drive differentiation in the market.
    Collaborate with demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
    Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare payer industry.

    Work closely with the product management team to develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and market trends.

    Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.

    Job Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    7+ years of product marketing experience,


    preferably in the healthcare payer industry or related fields such as healthcare technology, analytics, or software as a service .

    Familiarity with Health Plans and Payers is a Must for this role
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing compelling content and presentations
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders across the organization.

    Experience with customer relationship management, online collaboration and marketing automation tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.

    Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
    Goal setting, project management and team collaboration.
    Is familiar with SOC 2 compliance and its impact on company policies and processes.
    Understands importance of adhering to SOC 2 requirements and maintains an effort to do so
