    Job Title: Director of Corporate Communications at LHH

    LHH is collaborating with their worldwide partner to bring onboard a skilled Director of Corporate Communications to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and utilizing both internal and external communications, showcasing thought leadership, and backing public affairs and CSR ventures to boost the brand's image and reputation. The perfect candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and exhibit adept communication skills, along with a knack for simplifying intricate details into concise messages. This opportunity, though remote applications are not currently being accepted, offers an attractive base salary, bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.     Responsibilities:

    • Developing creative strategies to bolster both internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, and public affairs endeavors within the organization.
    • Producing various persuasive content like talking points, social media updates, articles, web materials, press releases, and more.
    • Create position statements and other Q&A resources to defend the company's stance on a range of topics.
    • Maintaining the content database to ensure that all communication campaigns align with the company's business objectives.
    • Acting as a secondary media representative and aiding the company in managing crisis communication efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Multiple years of professional experience in a pertinent role.
    • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities - samples of work may be requested.
    • Capable of comprehending and simplifying complex subjects into compelling and understandable information.
    • Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Possess strong time management and project coordination skills.

    This hybrid role is based in the Winston Salem-Greensboro-High Point area and may involve relocation for external candidates.
