In this role, you will be responsible for helping to develop and execute the regulatory examination program.You will work closely with the Head of Exam Management and other Exam Leads to manage examinations across the enterprise.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office.The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office (four days onsite and one day remote) in MA or NJ.
Examination planning and supporting pre-examination readiness exercises, focusing on a risk discipline, i.e. Financial or Non-Financial riskReviewing regulatory exam requests and providing a review/evaluation of the quality, accuracy, sufficiency and completeness of regulatory responses and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
Establishing regular preparation meetings with the target business unit(s) in advance of an examination
Compiling, tracking and communicating on regulatory guidance, themes and focus areas that could impact examinations
Working with senior management to analyze examination requests and provide direction for effective approach to examination requests
Minimum 7-10 years management in financial services experience in any of the following disciplines, Bank Regulator or Examiner, Compliance, Audit or equivalent work experience
Sound understanding of at least one risk discipline. Financial or Non-Financial Risks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
