    Summary

    :

    Cosm is looking for an experienced program manager who has experience in a live entertainment or hospitality environment. We're looking for individuals who put customers first and always strive to provide the highest level of service. The ideal candidate would be organized, motivated, and proactive to ensure that venue operations are running smoothly.

    You'll be part of a team that's responsible for the maintenance, support, and operation of all the technologies that support all of the critical venue operations.

    Responsibilities

    Organize the IT team responsible for the venue and provide a structure and process for keeping the day-to-day IT team's operations running smoothly.

    Maintain Cosm's organizational standards of customer satisfaction, quality of service, and performance.
    Employ your process knowledge to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity throughout all IT operations.

    Respond to on-site incidents, and business outages while providing communication and escalations to the proper support teams documenting every step along the way.

    Act as a liaison between other departments that are engaged in operations as well as the corporate teams.
    Build strong relationships with other department leads, keeping all related team members and other departments engaged.
    Maintain and update standardized documentation for operations including schedules, play books, and status reports.
    Manage and support tools, templates, and SLAs for IT operations.
    Actively track the progress of all tasks, and projects, assess risk, and provide mitigation plans to reduce impact.
    Provide reporting and communication at a regular cadence to enable the successful and transparent operation of the IT team.
    Experience
    Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field) and 3-5+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management
    Experience in working in the hospitality and entertainment space and understanding the fast-paced environment.
    Experience with using monitoring and alerting platforms.
    Experience in practicing agile development practices, and strong working knowledge of a variety of project management techniques.
    Experience with reporting, planning, change management, and communication.
    Experience working with and supporting other operational departments including ticketing, food and beverage, and audio and video.
    Demonstrate leadership, time management, facilitation, delegation, and organizational skills.
    Technical acumen to communicate with IT and other technical stakeholders.
    Solid understanding of service platforms including Jira and ServiceNow
    Available for overtime and weekends as the schedule varies depending on site operational needs; flexibility required.
    Must be able to work during a live production, with loud noise levels, and busy environments (non-office environment)
    Ability to maneuver around an entertainment venue and walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.
    Comfortable lifting heavy objects up to 25 lbs and working at heights.
