Pre-Award Talent Acquisition Specialist (remote)
Position Summary:
KBR National Security Solutions business group is seeking a Pre-Award Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Provide talent acquisition support for proposal and pre-award staffing needs within the National Security Solutions business unit.
Participate in business reviews, proposal-specific strategy sessions to gain full understanding of staffing needs for each initiative
Work closely with the TA team to qualify staffing needs for new pursuits and recompetes of current contracts
Responsible for filling Key Personnel positions and other required positions for proposal submission on assigned contracts
Help maintain tracker with timelines and staffing requirements for all active proposals in assigned Sector
Meets regularly with B&P TA team and sector leadership to provide status updates on proposal staffing and candidates
Reviews proposal requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensures seamless handoff of requisitions and staffing plan to Sector TA Team during transition phase upon contract award
Technical recruitment experience in an agency, government contracting and/or corporate setting required, to include Intel recruitment experience
Basic Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
3 to 4 years with BS/BA or 2 to 3 years with MS/MA; in lieu of a degree 6+ years' experience
2+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Intel and/or DoD recruiting experience
Understanding of government proposal process
Experience with Workday
Ability to manage multiple proposal contracts simultaneously
Experience in bids and proposals/pre-award staffing
Experience finding Key Personnel for proposals submittal
Experience recruiting cleared candidates from TS/SCI up to Full Scope Polygraph level
Strong Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from online job boards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior organizational leadership
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Experience with Phenom CRM
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours per week
Basic Compensation:
$95, $115,000.00
This range is for the Northern VA Area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
