- Through a mix of personnel- and project-management, as well as hands-on coding/development, a successful team lead will deliver value to clients while also driving profitable revenue for the agency.
- Understanding of how you and your teams activities impact client- and agency-growth, and managing those metrics, will determine success in the role.
- Work with little oversight to deliver solutions for clients
- Support team members career goals by assigning interesting projects, and promoting continuing education
- Perform one-on-ones with a small team of three to five Wordpress Developers
- Ensure project estimates and SOWs are completed properly, and on time
- Manage a teams work using JIRA Epics and issues (tickets)
- Work with Account Executives to organize and deliver projects on time, with superb quality
- Work in a mixed Agile and Waterfall environment to estimate tickets, plan sprints, and organize project deliverables
- Use designs and user stories to develop websites using agreed-upon tech stacks
- Partner with creative personnel to stay aligned on deliverables
- Track time spent on tickets and projects for billing purposes
- Mentor less experienced Wordpress Developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience building Wordpress websites

We are searching for a Wordpress Development Team Lead that has a wide breadth of technical experience and knowledge in the Wordpress environment, to support existing products, and to develop new sites for clients. In addition, this is a combined role wherein people and project management skills are as equally important as Wordpress skills.
The ideal candidate for this position would work three days a week from the Fort Wayne office. However, working from the Indianapolis office is also an option.
