- Drafting and executing margin contracts for Direct and Indirect customers
- Managing margin approval process and monthly accrual
- Communication and reconciliation of margin claim differences with customers
- Validation and processing of invoices
- Management of back-end margin incentives for Direct and Indirect channels
- Review and setup of incentive requirements for customers
- Tracking performance and managing incentive accrual
- Communication of validation requirements with customers
- Validation and processing of invoices
- Management of Verizon National/CRM promotion operations
- Communication with Verizon contract team for contract execution
- Legal review process for promotion contracts
- Review and confirmation of promotional contracts
- Management of promotion accrual system for accurate reflection of terms
- Reconciliation and validation of promotional invoices
- Communication with Verizon billing team for invoice validation and payment
