Description

This is an excellent Northern Virginia opportunity for an experienced governments contracts attorney to join a leading Government Contracts practice group.

You will join a popular team who are go-to counsel for advising on government contract negotiations, bid protests, compliance support, internal and government investigations, administration, and related disputes.

The team represents clients in complex disputes and litigation involving federal agencies and before federal boards of contract appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Government Accountability Office, federal district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

You will have the opportunity to guide prime-subcontractors through disputes in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitration, and in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as work with state and local agencies in administrative and state court proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent contractors across a range of industries on federal, state, and private projects involving construction, government contracts, and white-collar issues.

You will advance your experience in representing construction, engineering, and technology firms in resolving contract claims and disputes with the federal government and prime-subcontractor disputes on federal and federally-funded projects.
