    Our mission is to empower and guide parents through the journey of parenthood by offering a comprehensive platform that addresses their needs and concerns.

    We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is passionate about driving growth and building brand awareness for our consumer-facing app tailored to new parents.

    This role presents a unique opportunity for a talented marketer to not only lead the marketing efforts but also potentially take on a co-founder position in our rapidly growing startup.

    Develop and

    Execute Marketing Strategy:
    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Brand Building:
    Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience of new parents. Develop messaging, positioning, and creative campaigns to effectively communicate our value proposition.

    User Acquisition:
    Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising, to drive user acquisition and growth


    Community Engagement:

    Foster a sense of community among our users by creating engaging content, organizing events, and facilitating discussions on our platform and social media channels.


    Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Utilize insights to iterate on marketing strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

    Partnership Development:

    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and brands to expand our reach and enhance our offerings for new parents.


    Budget Management:
    Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve optimal ROI and growth targets.

    Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and growth, preferably in the consumer tech or mobile app space.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    Growth mindset with minimal resource expectations, setting up processes and testing/deploying sustainable growth tactics.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business from a top-tier school, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
