Job summary
We believe therapy should be fun, collaborative and life-changing. As a Speech Team Lead you'll mentor and support the clinical development of speech therapists while continuing to foster your professional passions.You'll have opportunities to grow and specialize in areas such as Feeding Therapy and AAC evaluations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapist Physical Therapists Clinical Counselors and ABA professionals.
Serve as supervisor mentor and clinical resources to new existing team members at Rockford DeKalb Loves Park Machesney Park Clinics.
