- Support rotating equipment reliability improvement and maintenance projects.
- Support technical assessments and inspections of turbomachinery to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Develop turnaround and outage work scopes for critical rotating equipment.
- Provide front-end outage planning support.
- Support development and implementation of training programs for clients to improve their turbomachinery equipment knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Support technical resources in the field.
- Support development of job books prior to equipment outages.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in turbomachinery equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Technical knowledge of rotating equipment, including turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, and generators.
- In-Plant / End-user experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are a plus.
- OEM background is a plus.
- Equipment vibration and machinery lubrication certification are a plus.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
