Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- 'High school diploma or equivalent is preferred '
- 'Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred ',
- 'Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required ',
- 'Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking,
standding,
stooping,
kneeling,
climbing,
pushing,
pulling
doing repetitive lifting
