- Responsible for Shipping and Receiving
- Inventory maintenance
- Clerical Duties (filing, answering phones, maintain shipping documents in orderly fashion
- Maintain stock locations within PENCOM
- Customer kitting and assembly if required
- Forklift operation
- Drive company vehicle
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Demonstrated customer service, phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Must be detailed orientated to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- HS Diploma and/or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 year experience in a warehouse position preferred
- Valid forklift certification is a plus
- Valid driver license and clean DMV record is required
