    NakedCashmere is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven E-commerce Manager to lead the online presence of As the E-commerce Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to maintain website revenue and performance goals, optimizing the user experience, increasing online sales, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in e-commerce management, a data-driven approach, understanding of digital marketing, and strong analytical skills.

    Responsibilities:

    E-commerce Strategy:

    • Implement holistic e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals for
    • Own and drive improvements for website specific metrics: CVR, Bounce Rate, Transactions, AOV and organic search traffic numbers.
    • Identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

    Online Sales Optimization:

    • Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and promotions.
    • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) to assess e-commerce initiatives and lead on improvements to them.

    User Experience:

    • Oversee website, navigation, and functionality for an engaging user experience.
    • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user-friendly features.
    • Lead day-to-day operations of all DTC E-commerce sites.
    • Own testing plan to evaluate site performance and ensure are positive ROI for the program.

    Production:

    • Work with teams to launch products on the website, managing inventory, pricing, and product listings.
    • Manage and direct Ecommerce Associate Merchandiser in the set up of products and pricing.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and execute SEO content strategy with the SEO agency.
    • Collaborate on compelling content, product descriptions, and visuals for timely launches.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools for insights, tracking performance, and generating reports.
    • Improve conversion rates and customer engagement through A/B testing.

    Site Management and Collaboration:

    • Launch new product listings, landing pages, campaigns, and promotions.
    • Work on Shopify content improvements and app integrations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective initiative execution.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
    • 2+ years of proven e-commerce management experience.
    • Strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
    • Proficiency in using Shopify e-commerce platforms.
    • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Analytical mindset, excellent communication, project management skills.
    • Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
    • Experience in apparel industry is a plus.
