    About the Job and the Company


    The role of Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of clients and pets at the hospital. The primary focus is to optimize the productivity of the veterinary medical team by handling client interactions efficiently, maintaining open communication, and coordinating client and pet care in a welcoming and effective manner. The aim is to create a positive experience that encourages clients to return and recommend the services to others.

    Main Responsibilities and Tasks

    • Embody the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. in both personal and team conduct.
    • Actively engage in attracting new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client and pet traffic to ensure exceptional client care and support the veterinary team's efficiency.
    • Maximize the number of pets receiving care by efficiently running the hospital, catering to the needs of wellness plan clients.
    • Offer professional, efficient, and exemplary service consistently, including promoting hospital visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and educating them on pet health.
    • Educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health essentials, and available hospital services.
    • Assist incoming clients with necessary paperwork, inputting pet details, using proper identification methods, and ensuring swift service.
    • Guide outgoing clients by providing essential instructions, details, and invoices, dispensing prescribed items, facilitating product sales, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
    • Handle financial matters by maintaining accurate balances and following opening and closing procedures diligently.
    • Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.

    Special Working Conditions

    • Physical agility for tasks like standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity for computer use and equipment operation.
    • Specific vision requirements such as close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
    • Exposure to various pets and substances, requiring caution and adherence to safety protocols.
    Experience, Education, and Training


    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum age of 18 years for tasks involving radiography and exposure to radioactive elements.
    • Minimum one year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service.
    • Medical background is beneficial, with training related to medical terminology.
