YPrime's Product Development team is looking for a Business Analyst to help build and support innovative software that fuels clinical trials.

You'll be based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

Does our mission sound like something you can get behind? If so, here's what we need from you:

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or relevant experience
2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
2+ years' experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology environment
Prior experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Have these things too? Even better

Knowledge and exposure to BDD "Given-When-Then" Testing processes
Knowledge of Agile process for creating user stories
Knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber and Gherkin
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Here are some more details about the job:

You'll develop comprehensive feature files at the application level
You'll continually update feature files to ensure all positive and negative scenarios are accounted for
You'll create direct channels of communication between the product management team and the development team
You'll assist in creating and maintaining specification documents
You'll gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
You'll determine and document user requirements for business processes
You'll work within an Agile, Business-Driven-Development team to create detailed user stories
You'll assist with functional and user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed material matches the original business case and need
You'll facilitate and manage "Three Amigo's" meetings
You'll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends within the industry
You'll analyze released products and features, and feed those findings back into requirements
You'll conduct competitive analysis and regularly review competitor strategies
You'll perform other duties as assigned
