As a highly skilled inspector, you will have the opportunity to influence and maintain excellent food safety practices and procedures within the restaurant.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • ServSafe Certified
    • 5+ years of experience in food safety
    • Experience in restaurant service (i.e. kitchen, maintenance, Back-of-House)
    • Open, flexible availability

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with food safety coordinator
    • Maintain an elite food safety culture
    • Influence sustainable systems to achieve high-level results
    • Conduct full food safety inspections daily (similar to Steritech and EcoSure)
    • Analyze data found from in-house inspections
