    Service Sales Account Manager

    Here's what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:


    This position will be based out of our Milford MA located in the Worcester – East, Boston, NH, RI Market reporting to the Director of Business Development.

    Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

    Help grow and build our Roofing and Service business

    Work with GRS team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with current clients

    Communication with existing customers and explain GRS opportunities

    Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders

    Attend association, industry, and networking events

    Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client

    Work with Local and GI teams to promote GRS's brand and services through marketing and social media channels

    Technical skills and responsibilities:

    Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner

    Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner

    Ability to conduct presentations virtually

    Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

    Desired Qualifications

    Here's what you bring to the table

    :

    Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management

    Previous 2-3 years sales experience

    Prior exposure dealing with propertyor facility managers

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment

    Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

    Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business

    Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office)

    Clear understanding of contract documents
