    Description

    Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

    We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at iquasar. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless data management, system configuration, and user support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing Orgs: Set up new orgs, create sandboxes, configure CI/CD pipelines, manage custom object deployments without affecting other applications, maintain same common environments used across multiple applications, and maintain release management schedule.
    • User and Access Management: Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets; enforce security policies.
    • Data Management: Import/export data, manage data quality, deduplicate records, and enforce validation rules.
    • System Configuration: Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types; configure Flows, validation rules, and automation.
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
    • Integration Support: Integrate setup and maintenance, including middleware tools such as Mulesoft, Adobe, Box, Java-based systems, ForgeRock, Identity Management.
    • Change Management: Manage sandbox environments, perform system testing, and deploy changes using approved processes.
    • User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, create training materials, and conduct onboarding and enablement sessions.
    • Release Readiness & Documentation: Evaluate new Salesforce releases, test changes, and thoroughly update system documentation accordingly.

    Requirements:

    A Salesforce Platform Administration Certification is required for this position.
