- Create and execute a robust communications strategy aligned with our client's goals. This includes planning when, where, and how communications are distributed to the team as well as hands-on creation of the communications.
- Craft clear and compelling messages that resonate with employees, stakeholders, and the overall business.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Creation of content - including blogs, newsletters, and vlogs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to produce engaging content.
- Edit and update white papers, communications, videos, and/or social media posts.
- Oversee the organization's SharePoint site.
- Manage content updates, permissions, and user experience.
- Coordinate team-building events, workshops, and cultural initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, inclusiveness, and engagement.
- Proven experience in communications, culture, D&I, PR, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and communication channels.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward the work.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills to help set schedules, stick to deadlines, and communication roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
