- Apply primer and paint per military specification
- Check expiration dates of materials prior to use, prepare proper mixes of resins and catalysts
- Maintain records as required
- Support quality process by maintaining work area in an orderly condition by returning tools, equipment, and material to storage areas
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices
- Work with Composites Fabrication Manager to ensure that all responsibilities are met, and others understand the tasks they have been given
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly paint booth and toolbox inspections
- 2+ years of professional experience in the required task area required
- Extensive knowledge in the mixing, viscosity measuring, and paint thickness measurement per military and commercial specifications
- Extensive knowledge of bodywork using fillers to attain a smooth surface finish
- Extensive knowledge of surface preparation to ensure a proper finish
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required Benefits
