What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
- Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication.
- Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.
- Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion and commitment to serving the senior population.
- Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
