    Description

    Summary:

    This position provides leadership in all situations. TheNurse Supervisor provides guidance and direction to medicalpractice sites to drive patient safety and clinical quality. Thisrole is responsible for implementing policies and processes thatassess, train, and drive clinical competence and positive patientoutcomes. Provides feedback and assistance to Practice Managerconcerning customer satisfaction, staff development, and associateperformance and satisfaction. The Nurse Supervisor leads our teamsby working collaboratively with Licensed Health Care Provider(s),Practice Manager, and Clinic Program(s) Medical Director to provideassessment, treatment, education, local state and nationalregulations and statues to facilitate quality care.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MastersLevel Nursing degree preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of nursing experiencewith 2 years leadership experience
    • Registered Nurse, current CPRcertification
