Job summary
Concordia University needs an Accounts Payable Specialist to record invoices and manage purchasing cards.The role involves reviewing expense reimbursements, check requests, and invoices for completeness and compliance.
Maintaining documentation files on payments,
processing daily/weekly Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable payments,
entering new vendor information into the computer,
maintaining W-9 files,
serving as a plan administrator for the university's purchasing card program,
reconciling accounts payable related general ledger accounts.
