Location:
Conyers, GA, with relocation assistance available


Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours availability required

Salary:
$90,000 to $145,000, with a 7-10.5% target annual bonus


Responsibilities:
Lead a 24/7, 3-shift operation, focusing on production efficiency and safety.
Manage and mentor production supervisors to improve team performance.
Set and enforce standards to achieve production targets and increase output.
Enhance safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Initially, the role will be hands-on, transitioning to a more strategic position as the team stabilizes.


Requirements:
5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of success.
Experience managing supervisors is essential.
Military veterans with manufacturing experience are highly desirable.
Food or beverage experience preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
