This Lockheed Martin (LM) Corporate Technical Operations (CTO) position is for a Network Systems Analyst supporting the Orlando Corporate Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando, Florida
CTAC is the Lockheed Martin corporate-wide network that enables real-time development and demonstration of advanced, integrated technology concepts and solutions, both classified and unclassified
This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin networks and IT systems are managed, controlled, and updated in a manner consistent with both Lockheed Martin and DoD policies and procedures
This includes routine updates, major upgrades, and on-going maintenance and support of the network switches, routers, encryptors, firewalls, etc
All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel
The position also supports a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sustainment of Orlando Classified IT Operations.
Serving as a Network Analyst for the CTAC Service Delivery team
Coordinating network equipment and cable infrastructure installations, configurations and administrations duties
Generating system documentation including Diagrams, Rack Elevations, Plate/Panel Details, Electrical load specification
Troubleshooting both LM and industry partner designated program equipment and supporting network equipment
Working with customers and internal personnel to manage related IT projects and provide customer service and technical support
Providing tiered troubleshooting within the scope of a Problem Management and Network Management System
Assisting with maintaining CTAC and 3rd party Network Equipment Configurations and Infrastructure Topology
Updating Maintenance procedures for CTAC
Performing Adds, moves, and changes on the CTAC server requirements and network environment
Updating SOIs for CTAC environment
Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, servers, both physical and virtual
Configuring and maintaining firewalls, both physical and virtual
