    We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Bus Driver to join our team toundertake weekly day trips with occasional overnight trips. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of members of our teams to various destinations, providing exceptional customer service throughout the journey.

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate a commercial bus, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
    • Plan routes and schedules for day trips and occasional overnight trips
    • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience
    • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other needs as required
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its roadworthiness
    • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior
    • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other team members
    • Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the trip in a calm and professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or Direct experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in a similar role
    • Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations
    • Excellent knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overnight trips
    • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Ability to prioritize safety at all times
