    Job Description:
    As a Cybersecurity Process Engineer on our team, you will provide Process Engineering support to the Agency's Cybersecurity Directorate


    In addition, you will:

    • Develop the plans for process assessments,
    • Work closely with the project team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments,
    • Coordinate and schedule process assessments,
    • Lead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments,
    • Analyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations,
    • Lead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMMI or other similar process models,
    • Interpret and promote the use of process improvement best practices, and
    • Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems engineering discipline and continuous process improvement.

    Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

    • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    • Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts.
    • Familiarity with the requirements management process from the beginning to the end.
    • Good analytical skills.

    Able to:
    o Work independently as well as within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within expected schedule.

    o Work with top-level government management and to work as a team member.

    o Prioritize projects/tasks based on government requirements.

    o Break down complex problems and offer solutions and or recommendations for a way forward.

    o Create process and or procedure documents. (i.e., Flow charts, Check list, SOPs, etc.)

    o Manage multiple projects.
