- Acts as liaison with outsourced IT provider.
- Analyzes IT specifications to assess security risks.
- Designs and implements safety measures and data recovery plans.
- Keeps up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
- Collaborates with management and the IT provider to improve security.
- Documents any security breaches and assesses their damage.
- Responsible for training all employees as it relates to IT education.
- Manages Microsoft 365 applications with staff including but not limited to management of SharePoint services, Power Automate, and other applications.
- Manages software licenses for various applications.
- Manages company physical badging system & CCTV system
- Manages company phone lines & phone acquisition with vendor
- Manages hardware for company including machines, peripherals, and other equipment that needs to be updated on a regular basis.
- Serves as a central point of contact within the company for IT projects and issues with systems. Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience and education
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Microsoft 365 Fundamental Certification
