    *LPN Openings in Hospital and Ambulatory Care Clinics*We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures.     *Responsibilities*: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

    • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
    • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment outcomes
    • Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
    *Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in NY

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
    • Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Cerner or EPIC
    • Experience working in various healthcare settings, such as medical offices, hospitals, or clinics
    • Familiarity with specialized areas such as working with people with developmental disabilities, ophthalmology, or ICU
    • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
