What You Will Do...
As a Regional Manager, you will provide support to all Center Managers, Assistant Center Managers and all other instructors under them at multiple locations across WA. Hiring the correct leaders and training each Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager once they are hired, running weekly meetings, holding each of our centers to their revenue goal and making sure our students have the best experience possible. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to: making schedules, communicating with parents, choosing the correct curriculum for our students, meetings with school representatives, working with other organizations to give back to the community, organize events, inventory, collaborating with other franchisees and so much more
Duties & Responsibilities..
Build, lead and mentor center teams.
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
