We are looking for professionals with the following attributes

    Experience :
    Five+ years in one or more of the following areas:
    Complex C Corporation, multistate consolidated tax return filings and related planning
    Flow through entity (S Corp/partnership) compliance and related planning
    1040 compliance and planning, with emphasis on 1040s of shareholders of flow through entities
    Transactions (stock and asset acquisitions, succession planning for family businesses, etc.)
    Client management and ownership
    Tax provision preparation; deep understanding of nuances of ASC 740 and US GAAP vs IFRS
    Estate, trust and gift planning and compliance
    Assisting tax-exempt organizations with filing Form 990
    Mentoring and training staff

    Skills:

    The following skills are important:
    Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff
    Ability to review complex tax returns, including multi-state tax returns, as the final quality control check prior to issuance
    Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop client-specific and firm-wide solutions, and lead implementation
    Maintain specific industry expertise and ability to lead the firm's applicable industry team
    Responsibility for maintenance and improvement of firm procedures in specific industries

    Requirements :
    Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent
    Proficiency using tax software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
    Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
