- Receive and process invoices from vendors.
- Verify that invoices are accurate, coded correctly, and approved for payment.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorization and receipt of goods or services.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices, purchase orders, or payments.
- Assist with check runs or electronic payments in accordance as needed/requested by Accounting Manager.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any past due balances or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve payment related issues.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle
