    Summary:

    The Associate Wealth Advisor is instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing daily client interactions, providing support to client advisors, and executing Oakworth's Business Model through personalized services.

    Key Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Ensure an exceptional client experience
    • Provide support to our Client Advisor group
    • Execute our business development approach
    • Engage in community involvement

    Responsibility Details:

    • Emphasize client service: Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls and emails, both internally and externally.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for all new client relationships.
    • Collaborate with Client Advisors to prepare for client meetings and attend client calls as needed.
    • Articulate Oakworth's value proposition to existing, new, and potential clients.
    • Proactively generate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through networking and referral sources.
    • Assess client needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
    • Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Partner with internal resources to educate clients on various offerings such as treasury or investments.
    • Identify client needs and coordinate with other departments to fulfill them effectively.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry.
    • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms preferred.
    • Experience with eMoney or other financial planning software preferred.
    • Actively pursuing CFP or other related certification/designation.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
