- Valid State Cosmetology License required
- Salon experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional client service skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse staff at all times
- Deliver efficient, consistent stylish blowouts & salon services
- Consult with each client based on the client journey and selected services
- Build a client base through exceptional client service, attention and care within the salon
- Provide & suggest the proper products and treatments for clients based on hair length, type and texture
- Assist salon management in maintaining the salon and your own individual station
- Flexible SET schedules
