    Northwell Health's Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our brand-new facility that will be situated in Riverhead.

    Thanks to a generous state grant, South Oaks Hospital is expanding our mental health services to children and young adults on the East End of Long Island.

    The facility will house an outpatient clinic and partial hospitalization programs for at risk youth/adolescents in crisis with mental health services in Suffolk County.

    English/ Spanish bilingual psychiatrist preferred, but not required. South Oaks Hospital is a 202-bed behavioral health hospital located on the Nassau/Suffolk border of Long Island.

    Our extensive range of services for children, teens, and adults focuses on improving our patients' functioning at home, work, and school, and in their relationships with family, friends, and others.

    Our inpatient services include child, adolescent, and adult units, as well as substance use disorder treatments, including services tailored for healthcare professionals dealing with addictions.

    Our outpatient services include comprehensive behavioral services for young people ages 5 to 21, an adolescent partial hospitalization program, and treatment for substance use disorders for adolescents and adults.
