    Walz Tetrick Advertising is growing As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Media Buyer specializing in Paid Search.

    As the Media Buyer, Paid Search, you'll help lead the planning, execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across various platforms.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search strategies, search engine marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimization.
    Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns that are aligned with client objectives as well as budgets.
    Create compelling ad copy and ad assets that drive clicks and conversions while maintaining consistency for each brand.

    Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing and refinement of keywords, targeting, and ad assets.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaign success.
    Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
    Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE4+ years' experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
    Demonstrated expertise in paid search advertising platforms and technology.
    Proven experience in media buying and executing campaigns directly within paid search platforms, handling diverse objectives and budgets.
    Proficiency in Google Ads, and Search Ads 360, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
    Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics are a plus.
