    Description

    $3,000 Sign-On Bonus - $1,000 paid out at 90 days and $2,000 paid out at 180 days

    This is a full-time entry-level position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, pumps. Maintenance Mechanics also handle AC/DC electrical systems, read schematics, and use electrical testing equipment. The team has a basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controls and contribute through preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking. Mechanics are skilled and flexible to work on any equipment within the facility, operate lathes, mills, arc, and Heliarc welders for repair and fabrication.

    Day-to-day work will vary based on need, and hours will vary by location. The environment may get loud, and warehouse conditions can be impacted by seasons and weather changes.

    Our Maintenance team excels in two key areas of expertise:

    • Understanding high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)
    • Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. interrelated repairs on electrical and mechanical systems)

    If you are experienced in high-voltage wiring and multi-craft repair, your contributions will be valued. Working closely with experienced mechanics, you'll handle repairs, troubleshoot various equipment, ensure maximum efficiency, and conduct necessary repairs.

    • You'll work on challenging repairs
    • You'll troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment
    • You'll inspect machines and identify repairs
    • You'll respond to maintenance calls promptly
    • You'll work with task lists to diagnose and fix machines

    Having technical training or experience in manufacturing or welding is beneficial for this role.

    Minimum requirements for this position:

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Expect weekend and holiday work
    • Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds
    • Able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and stretch for extended periods
    • Willing to work in varied environmental conditions
