    Trading Desk Tech Support Specialist
    Working Knowledge of Fidessa/FIX connectivity, technology, trading, and trading operations is a plus
    Communicate clearly and professionally on telephone calls and internally in person
    Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment while multitasking on various initiatives
    Outgoing, assertive and flexible behavior
    Understands when an issue needs to be escalated to senior staff or business management
    Understanding of Microsoft Office suite, including basic Excel formula knowledge
    Assist other members of group in monitoring all equities trading systems and FIX sessions including Fidessa, Raptor, Bloomberg and Flextrade
    Work closely with business trade support department to ensure proper ticketing and allocation of trades
    Assist business trade support on investigating trading errors
    Assist market makers and block traders with daily trading issues
    Gather technical requirements from different business units and perform system analysis either individually or as a team
