- Communicate professionally with residents, placing their needs as the top priority.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants, promoting exceptional customer service to enhance resident retention rates.
- Manage lobby traffic flow efficiently, ensuring all situations are handled promptly and cordially.
- Assist residents by communicating concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Process maintenance requests promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Guide parcel carriers to adhere to property delivery guidelines.
- Enhance resident experience through outstanding customer service.
- Provide community news updates to residents.
- Maintain vendor access permissions and key logs.
- Handle resident issues effectively.
- Offer information on community amenities and local area to interested parties.
- Answer leasing inquiries and schedule appointments with potential residents.
- Participate in organizing resident events.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and main corridors.
- Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other regulations.
- Follow directives from General Manager and other superiors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in property management or hospitality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with general computer literacy.
- Ability to adapt to new software applications.
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and evenings.
