    Front Desk Administrator at Comet Management, LLC

    The Front Desk Administrator plays a vital role as the face of the community, embodying our commitment to outstanding customer service. Each day presents an opportunity to provide top-notch service, nurturing a strong sense of community among residents and visitors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the initial point of contact, warmly greeting potential residents, guests, and visitors.
    • Communicate professionally with residents, placing their needs as the top priority.
    • Foster positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants, promoting exceptional customer service to enhance resident retention rates.
    • Manage lobby traffic flow efficiently, ensuring all situations are handled promptly and cordially.
    • Assist residents by communicating concerns to the appropriate team member.
    • Process maintenance requests promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
    • Guide parcel carriers to adhere to property delivery guidelines.
    • Enhance resident experience through outstanding customer service.
    • Provide community news updates to residents.
    • Maintain vendor access permissions and key logs.
    • Handle resident issues effectively.
    • Offer information on community amenities and local area to interested parties.
    • Answer leasing inquiries and schedule appointments with potential residents.
    • Participate in organizing resident events.
    • Maintain cleanliness of lobby and main corridors.
    • Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other regulations.
    • Follow directives from General Manager and other superiors.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in property management or hospitality.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with general computer literacy.
    • Ability to adapt to new software applications.
    • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and evenings.
