    Job Title:

    Operations Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assigned locations. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing financials, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Management:
      • Schedule shifts and track time and attendance
      • Plan and manage workloads to meet organizational requirements
      • Interview, hire, and develop team members
      • Ensure team members complete necessary training
    • Forecasting and Budgeting:
      • Create and implement forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for assigned locations
    • Maintenance and Safety:
      • Maintain maintenance control documents while meeting goals
      • Promote safe work practices through audits and coaching
    • Customer Service:
      • Greet customers with courtesy and communicate with staff
      • Observe and coach team members to meet customer service standards
    • Initiatives and Performance Evaluations:
      • Implement company initiatives and processes
      • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
    • Prior business experience preferred
    • Scheduling and payroll knowledge a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Able to detect safety concerns and maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to work in a diverse environment and be sensitive to issues of diversity and inclusion
