CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer

• A four year degree (in lieu of a degree candidates would need to have ten plus years of experience in a machine shop) as well as five or more years of manufacturing engineering experience is required
• Pay is up to $90,000
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
• Full-time
• Permanent W-2 employee

• Located in the Waukesha, Wisconsin area

This established yet growing, employee-owned CNC machine shop is looking to hire a full time, permanent Manufacturing Process Engineer. Because the company is employee-owned, employees are treated very well. Employees receive shares of the company every year. The culture has a casual, family feel. Engineers here use SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design.

This position could grow into a management position. The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Managing projects to be on time and within budget
• Improving productivity, efficiency, quality and safety while reducing waste

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

• A four year manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering degree (in lieu of a degree candidates would need to have ten or more years of experience in a machine shop)
• Five or more years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
